The characterisation and understanding of the light element volatile species (H, C, Ne, He, Ar) present on or at the surface of airless planetary bodies on two different ESA projects: - Phobos Sample Return, investigating the likelihood of Phobos surface contamination from a descending spacecraft's thruster plumes (focusing on nitrogen and carbon species).

A friendly, informal evening of astronomy, with members sharing observations, astrophotography, telescopes, equipment and other interests.

Beginners, novices and guests are very welcome – a great opportunity to learn about stargazing and amateur astronomy, ask questions, discover new techniques and get help using your own telescope.
